Policies

  • A deposit of $20 plus tax is required to book your appointment. The deposit will go towards your service fee. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation/rescheduling, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. In our industry unfortunately “no shows” and last minute cancellations/reschedules are far too common and do not give us an appropriate amount of time to be able to fill the appointment slot.

  • Photo ID is required for all piercing services. In the case of minors (under 18 years old) we require Photo ID for the minor (ex. Government issued Photo ID, Passport, Student ID etc.), Photo ID for the parent/legal guardian accompanying the minor, and proof of guardianship (Manitoba Health Card, Birth Certificate, Family Benefits Card etc.) There is absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS. Failing to bring proper Photo ID/documentation will result in the forfeit of your appointment and deposit.

  • Age requirements vary between different piercings. Make sure you meet the age requirements for the piercing you’re booking (these are listed on each piercing). If you do not meet these age requirements at the time of the appointment this will result in the forfeit of your appointment and deposit.

  • Please show up ON TIME for your appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late it does not give enough time before the next appointment. It is not fair to push back the following appointments that did show up on time. If you show up late your deposit may be forfeited. Please respect our time.

  • There is absolutely NO REFUNDS on jewelry. We cannot reuse jewelry that has been worn in the body and we cannot guarantee jewelry that has left the studio has not been worn. Our jewelry companies do have a lifetime warranty on their products. If a gemstone comes out of its setting, it can be replaced. We do NOT cover the loss of jewelry. Every day wear, snagging/catching and playing with jewelry can cause any jewelry to come loose. It is the responsibility of the client to check jewelry for tightness.

  • We do not pierce people who are pregnant. We do not want to pass any potential risks onto your child. No exceptions.
